Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of package delivery.
  • In case of manufacturing defects or wrong size sent by us, all exchange shipping charges are 100% borne by Zisan Fashion.
  • For customer change of mind or personal size exchange, standard return courier charge applies.
